We thoroughly enjoyed "Avenue Q" the night before, but were up early to sieze the day. We started our day at Harrods, which is a British Department store that would be most comparable to a Nieman Marcus. We looked a lot but didn't buy much as the exchange rate here is pretty bad, and we decided it wasnt a good investment to spend 200 pounds on a coat for lucy :). Ho
After Harrods we headed to Buckingham Palace. It was neat to see the area where the changing of the guard occurs every day or so, but didnt actually see the changing of the guard
From there we headed to the hotel to pick up our bags and head to the airport via the Tube. We were glad that we gave ourselves a little extra time, as it took us an hour to get through security at Heathrow.
We are excited to be back in the states tomorrow.
